1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. Photo identification may be requested at check-in.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking. Full settlement occurs on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows incur the full stay charge. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, violates our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable conduct standards.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Emeraldstayhighland or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property law.

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
